track updates equipment team

In the summer of 2012, two kayak expeditioners will cross the Arctic ocean, from Iceland to Greenland. This will be the first time this is done by kayak. Having arrived in a remote, uninhabited wilderness on Greenland's east coast, they will then paddle 300 nautical miles along the ice covered coast until they reach habitation.
Duration: 4 to 6 weeks, including up to 10 days on the open sea.
Distance: 500 nm.
The team will be unsupported and not aiming at any kind of a time record, while leaning on a responsible backup plan.
